This study aims to identify and systematize the dimensional characteristics of farm animals for the development of "smart" clothing. To conduct body measurements of pigs, the animal’s skeletal structure was analyzed to de-termine key porcometric points. A distinctive feature of the animal’s body structure is the absence of a neck and an elliptical torso shape, which affects garment design, as the clothing must ex hibit minimal displacement during movement, and the elliptical shape complicates the reduction of surface cover-age. Various methods for obtaining size characteristics of the animal were ex-amined, with photo grammetry identified as the most accessible technique. Based on the study of the animal's form as a geo metric object, 11 key por-cometric points were identified, a measurement methodology was developed, and a recommended procedure for conducting measurements was proposed. Analysis of the geometric features of the animal's body surface determined that 16 measurements are sufficient to obtain reliable data for construction design. Individual animal measurements were collected and systematized. 3D avatars were created for further research using a virtual environment, specifically the Clo 3D software. Additionally, a scaled 1:4 prototype of the animal was pro-duced using 3D printing for physical testing. The developed farm animal measurement system will enhance the design process of smart clothing by es-tablishing a con nection between body shape and measurement data, enabling monitoring and adjustment of the animal’s vital parameters.
